The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:

• • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Since most candles are handmade the day your order is placed, we typically ship the same day or the next business day. 
  • Estimated Delivery Time: This refers to the approximate time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We ship through USPS and typically guarantee a 2-3 day delivery depending where you live. 
  • Scope of Guarantee: Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
    1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
    2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
